What is a tap-to-review plaque?
A tap-to-review plaque sits on your counter. A customer holds their phone to it (NFC) or scans the QR code, and your Google review page opens. No app, no typing, no searching for your business.
Why it works
Most people who enjoyed their visit are happy to leave a review when it takes ten seconds. The plaque makes it ten seconds.
NFC and QR, in short
- NFC: the phone reads a small tag inside the plaque when it is held close. Recent iPhones and most Android phones do this without an app.
- QR: the camera reads the code on the face. Any phone with a camera can do it.
- Both open the same link, so every customer has a way in.
How the link works
The tag and the QR code open your OnePiecePrints link, which counts the tap and takes the customer to your review page. Change where it points from your dashboard at any time; the plaque itself stays the same.
