Thank you for shopping with OnePiecePrints. All products are made-to-order using 3D printing technology, and the following policy outlines our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

All items are 3D printed to order.

Processing time varies based on product size and complexity.
Estimated processing time: 1 day to 14 days
Orders are not shipped until production is complete.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout through Shopify.
Carriers may include USPS, FedEx, or other available services.
Delivery speed is determined by the selected carrier and service level at checkout.

Important: Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost Packages

If a package is marked as lost:

Orders valued under $100:
→ Eligible for replacement or full refund
Orders valued over $100:
→ Customer assumes all risk
→ No replacements or refunds will be issued

6. Damaged Packages

Damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If needed, we may assist in providing documentation for claims, but OnePiecePrints is not responsible for replacing damaged items.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
OnePiecePrints is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
