Your first ten units. Your first thousand. Made the same way every time. You design it and sell it. We make it in our own shop, from the first sample to production runs in the low thousands, with your brand on the part.

Built for the start of your product

The hardest stretch for a new product is between the prototype and real production. An injection mold commonly costs $3,000 to $10,000 before the first part comes out, and overseas factories want orders in the thousands. We make your first runs with neither, so you can sell, learn from customers and change the design before you commit to tooling.

The path from idea to steady supply

  1. Prototype. Send a file, a sketch or a photo. We make it, you hold it, you change it. A new version is a new file, not a new mold. See rapid prototyping.
  2. Approve a sample. Once the design is right, we make one at the sample price in your quote so you can check fit, color and finish.
  3. Pilot run. 10 to 100 units to put in front of real customers, at a store, on your site or at a show.
  4. Production runs. Hundreds to the low thousands. Same file, same printer settings, same material, with the first parts of every batch measured.
  5. Reorder with one message. Your settings are saved, so the next run matches the last one, months later.
  6. Move to molding when it pays. When your volume runs well into the thousands and the design is final, we show you the break-even and help you plan the switch. Read 3D printing vs. injection molding.

What we make for businesses

  • Parts for your productHousings, clips, mounts, knobs, inserts and trays that ship inside or alongside what you sell.
  • Minis and game piecesYour own sculpts and tokens, made in matching sets, in the detail and material the piece needs.
  • Items for your storeGoods made for your shelf or your online shop, under your name, ready to sell.
  • Your brand on the partYour logo or name built into the piece, in your colors.

Capacity, plainly

We run a fleet of Bambu Lab printers day and night. For small parts that means up to a few hundred a day. Larger parts take longer. Every quote shows the ship date for your full quantity, and big orders can ship in batches so you can start selling while the rest is made.

What you can count on

  • The price and ship date before anything is made. No tooling cost and no mold to pay for.
  • It matches the sample, or we remake it.
  • Materials chosen on real data. Fourteen plastics, from PLA and PETG to carbon-fiber nylon, PPA-CF and PPS-CF, with published heat, strength and stiffness numbers. Resin for fine detail. See materials.
  • Your design stays yours. We do not sell it, share it or show it without your yes.
  • One contact who runs the machines. Made here, not sent out to another shop.

Send only designs you own or have the right to sell. SLS nylon and CNC machining are available through machines we have access to, quoted per job.
