Turn a CAD file into a part you can hold by tomorrow. Upload by 2 PM Pacific and most small prototypes ship the next business day from our shop in Olalla, Washington. Change the design, upload again, and have the next version the day after.

Who uses us for prototypes
- Product designers and inventors checking size, feel and fit before paying for tooling.
- Small manufacturers testing a bracket, housing or fixture before a production run.
- Engineers and students who need a part for a test rig this week, not next month.
- Makers and Kickstarter projects building demo units and first batches.
Why fast iteration matters
Most designs need three or four rounds before they are right. If each round waits two weeks on an overseas service, a month of design work turns into two months. With next-day turnaround you can test on Tuesday, fix the file on Wednesday and hold version two on Friday.
Nozzle sizes for detail or speed
We keep hotends from 0.2 mm, for fine detail and small text, up to 0.8 mm for big, strong parts that need to print fast. We pick the nozzle to match your part.
File types and materials
- Files: STL, 3MF or STEP. See how to prepare a file for printing.
- Materials: PLA for form and fit models, PETG for tougher functional parts, TPU for flexible parts, ASA for outdoor and heat, and resin for fine detail. Compare them on our materials page.
- Tolerances: plan on about plus or minus 0.2 mm on most features. Read designing parts that fit.
From prototype to production
3D printing has no tooling cost, so a short production run of a few dozen or a few hundred parts often costs less printed than molded. When volume grows past the break-even point, we will tell you, and we can help plan the move to molding. See 3D printing vs. injection molding and 3D printed injection molds.
