When a part breaks and the manufacturer wants weeks, or stopped making it years ago, we make a new one. Send the broken piece, a photo with measurements, or a 3D file. Most small parts ship the next business day once the design is set.

Parts we make again and again
- Knobs, handles and levers. Star knobs, T-handles, appliance and equipment knobs, threaded or press-fit.
- Caps, plugs and end caps. Tube end caps, threaded caps, hole plugs and dust covers.
- Clips, brackets and mounts. Cable clips, hose saddles, shelf clips, sensor and phone mounts.
- Marine hardware. Hatch latches, instrument bezels, cable clamps and seat hardware for boats the factory stopped supporting.
- Furniture and fixture parts. Chair and stool glides, leveling feet, drawer slides and hinge covers.
- Fittings and seals. Hose barbs and flexible gaskets in TPU, rigid threaded fittings in PETG.
How it works
- Send what you have. The broken part, clear photos next to a ruler, or a file. The more measurements, the faster we get it right.
- We model it and pick the material. Sun and salt exposure gets ASA, impact and chemicals get PETG, flexible parts get TPU.
- You approve the price and a preview. Nothing prints until you say so.
- We print, check the fit, and ship. Or pick it up free in Olalla, WA.
Why print a replacement instead of ordering one
- Speed. Days instead of weeks waiting on an OEM part or a slow boat.
- Parts that no longer exist. Discontinued is not a dead end.
- Better than the original. We can thicken the spot that cracked or switch to a tougher plastic.
- One piece is fine. No minimum order and no mold to pay for.
What we can't replace
We print in plastic. Parts that carry heavy loads, get very hot (above roughly 90 to 100 °C), or are safety critical, like brake, steering or pressure-rated parts, should stay metal or OEM. If we don't think a printed part will hold up, we will tell you before you pay.
