Rapid Manufacturing

The part you can't buy, made to fit.

Responsive, made-to-order production of functional components, for businesses that can't wait on a supplier or can't find the part at all.

Replacement parts

Broken. Discontinued. Back in service.

We model a replacement from the original, a drawing or your measurements, then make it in a material suited to how it is used.

Functional parts, specified honestly.

Who it is for

Repair businesses, equipment operators, machine shops, manufacturers and engineering teams.

What we make
  • Replacements for broken or discontinued plastic components
  • Jigs, fixtures, guides, brackets, knobs and covers
  • Prototypes, to test fit and function before you commit
  • Low-volume parts that are hard to source economically
Before we quote

We confirm the part's function, operating temperature, loads, fit, environment and any safety implications. Not every part suits 3D printing, and we tell you when one does not.

Materials
  • PLA: indoor parts, fixtures and prototypes
  • PETG: tougher, handles moisture and moderate heat
  • ASA: outdoors, sunlight and higher heat
  • Carbon-fiber ASA: stiff, stable structural parts
  • TPU: flexible bumpers, gaskets and grips
  • ABS: tough parts that can be post-processed
Quantities

One part, or a short production run. A prototype first is often the cheapest way to get the production run right.

What you receive

A written quote with scope, quantity, material, lead time and price. Parts checked by hand before they ship. On request, the CAD file for your own custom part.

We don't promise that every part can be printed, or that a printed part suits safety-critical use. Where the consequences of failure are high, we assess the application first and decline work outside what we can verify.

How it runs

From problem to part.

  1. Share the problem

Photos next to a ruler, a drawing, a CAD file, or the broken part itself.

  2. We review it

What it does, what it must survive, how it fits.

  3. Written quote

Scope, material, lead time and price, before work starts.

  4. Production

Made in our Olalla shop and checked by hand.

  5. Delivery

Shipped, or delivered locally in Kitsap County.
